Delivery Charge

Delivery charge to Finland in 2,60€/order, to Europe 13,40€/order, to all other countries 22,60€/order. In orders outside European Union, the recipient is responsible for customs duties and local taxes. Free shipping to Finland for orders over 100e. For orders inside the EU: prices include VAT (24%). Fly My Damsel reserves the right to change prices and delivery charges.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered by Finnish postal service. Orders will be shipped in 1-3 days from receiving the order. The customer will be informed about shipping by e-mail. Estimated delivery time is about 5-7 working days. If an ordered product is sold out, we will inform the customer and the transaction will be cancelled. Fly My Damsel will not be liable for any delays or any indirect damage caused by the delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Orders will be delivered to recipient's address in Finland and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. In other countries order will be delivered to the nearest post office and the recipient will be informed about it's arrival.

Payment Methods

In Fly My Damsel webstore you will pay via Klarna Checkout, which may show up on your account statement as the receiver of your payment. You can choose between following payment methods: Invoice, Part payment, credit cards or e-payments (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, Aktia) - all equally safe! By using Klarna Checkout you agree terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). Terms can be found on checkout. Returns and Exchanges

Pants can not be returned or exchanged due to reasons of hygiene. If you are not sure about your pant size, please contact our customer service before purchase. Bras can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receiving the order. The returned item must be re-saleable: unused and clean, and with all product tags on. Pack the item in the box in which you received it, and contact our customer service flymydamsel@flymydamsel.com to receive further instructions about returning. You can return or exchange the product free of charge. We will ask for your IBAN account number, to which conpensation of the returned item will be paid after the item has been received.

Privacy Policy

Personal information asked from the customer is only used for processing the order, unless the customer allows adding their information to Fly My Damsel customer register. Personal information in the customer register is only used for e-mail marketing of Fly My Damsel products of campaigns, and it is not transferred to any third parties.

Law and Jurisdication

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions. All disputes arising under these Terms, which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.
